Unwind through fluid movements and gentle massage techniques in a 30-60 minute session.
Option to move from the water to table massage in a two hour session!

All massages are integrative and custom made to meet your present moment needs and interest.
Table techniques may include Swedish, deep tissue, basic sports massage, neuromuscular work, myofascial release, postural analysis, aromatherapy, energy work, sound healing, guided meditation, breathwork, and stretching recommendations. Aquatic bodywork techniques include both Watsu and Healing Dance.
