Movement as Medicine.

Through movement we find fluidity, self expression, and balance. Yoga is an incredibly powerful means to challenging, strengthening, and harmonizing body, mind, and spirit. Gain the knowledge to fuel your inner fire and maintain your own physical health in between or instead of bodywork sessions. The practice can be as active or restorative as you would like. Sequences may include and be influenced by Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Mantra, Pranayama, Kriya and the science of Ayurveda.
Every session ends with a short Yoga Nidra practice so that we may integrate physical, emotional, and psychological shifts as they arise.
