Yoga is a wonderful practice for challenging, strengthening, and harmonizing body, mind, and spirit together as ONE.
Gain the knowledge to fuel your inner fire and maintain your own physical health in between or instead of bodywork sessions.
Private Yoga classes can be as active or restorative as you would like, and sequences may include Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Mantra, Meditation, and Breathwork techniques.

Sound Healing and gentle massage techniques may be integrated into any private Yoga session as well.

Due to current public safety concerns, only online Yoga sessions are available at this time.
