Ever distracted or disturbed by the noises in your environment? Then this new Yoga Nidra is for you! I am now adding additional layers of sound into these deeply relaxing meditations to support the dismantling of mental and emotional triggers that may be associated with noise. There is a mix of normal sounds you would hear in every day life along side soothing sounds of gong, bells, chanting, and shruti box to take you deeper into a state of relaxation and release.
